    Bunch of YouTube videos on PID controllers if you are a 'tinkerer" to switch the dial to digital.

    half bone in pork shoulder / bake beans in the grill now
    need to get a new grill that make smoking easier, but for past 3 years I guess I cant complain to much

    its what been using. the box is smaller then it looks, make it hard to do the minion method for the low and slow smoking

    made a half a pork shoulder / baked beans
    smoked it in cherry wood / old dried rosemary

    just now I ate a baked bean / pork sandwich

    its a must try
