I got delayed buying my Ruger Wrangler. Was told it the delay might be up to 72 hours. Got a call back in an hour or so.

Are delays a Biden thing or just a shit-ton of buyers/4473's?

Not sure I bought a gun last month no delay....I am waiting for one I ordered to come in if there are a lot of delays being caused by the administration it would be nice to know.

I usually get delayed, once for 7 days before the FFL released my LE6920 a few years ago. That's when I could use my MI CPL to bypass the background check.

You still can if you buy private at least in my county. I bought my uncles Ruger Blackhawk last year and when I brought the paperwork in all they did was stamp it and say have a good day.
So I asked about the change requiring background checks even with CPL's after the MJ law passed. She said you have a cpl no background check required the rule still stood as is according to my sheriff.
Good enough for me.
