My local gas station this morning at 5:30 am had the gas island roped off. Still had diesel for the big rigs at that time.

They have not declared an emergency here, yet.

Will see what the prices are around 4PM today after my second COVID shot is done.

We get our gas the BJ's club station, the pump prices are the lowest around even for non club members.

As a member, we get a dime and more off of the listed price at the pump.

One Jeep is full and the second will be on half when I get there with it.

All gas cans and tanks are full already.

The gas in the jeeps will last about 6 weeks each, we don't go anywhere to start with.

    We are hermits!

Supposedly we are north of that line and not getting fuel from it.

I know that a lot of our fuel comes out of Providence RI., huge fuel depot there filled from ships.

There are underground lines in this town, but I don't remember who owns them,

and sure as hell not going to go look at them!

Everything looks to be normal here in southeast Ohio. From what I seen that pipeline doesn't serve us. Prices up a little @ $2.83 gas and $3.15 diesel.

I've been filling up an extra gallon at the gas station for a few years now, but I don't want to use it until I need to. We've had for about two years (in this MFer of a state) just under two dollar gas, (I can't tell you how incredible that run was, thank You President Trump, because we've had for years, almost five dollar gas) and it's slowly startin to rise, hit three nineteeen the other day. All the libs or demorats I've asked say its because people are traveling more. Lame ass answer. Lame ass CNN throwbacks.

No I just rotate every couple months, and use the older stuff for generator in power outages, which happen often in winter. Although I'm always up for trying new things, any favorite stabilizers?

    STABIL

And as far as using old gas in generators NEVER! You want a generator to run when you want it to run. And NEVER store gas in a genny, run it dry/drain. Probably won't hurt to run Ethanol Free Gas and add a bit of fuel additive like SeaFoam through the genny before you put it up for storage. It will clean out the moving parts and remove the gunk that gasoline powered internal combustion engines create.

It seems to be on like Donkey Kong, now. Long lines at gas stations.
    I blame cable news.
