    I couldn't do that with a wire feed welder if I tried

    I know one IDIOT, that was all he was capable of doing with his MIG machine.

    Same guy used drywall screws in aluminum plate.

    Again, he bought a MAPP torch at an auction, came to me and asked what it was,

    he did not even know it was a torch of any sort!

    Was the guys name, Another???

    That's easy for a beginner to do. You use a little off brand MIG loaded with flux core wire, then run the wire speed up and voltage down.

    Guidance counselor asked me why I was taking calculus and physics and metal shop? "I learn a lot more in metal shop"

    I can weld sheet with a stick welder, not pretty but no holes
