    Hawgs Salsa

    Blue book recipe.







    Did a double batch so the yield was 12 pints.
    Also added sweet corn. And only used Jalapeno peppers with seeds .
    Did not use the dried peppers.
    Used white onions instead of red.

    Looks good, but the way propane is costing, I'd have to use my campfire.

    Mhhhhmmm, I do love good salsa!
    Hawg, you should start a restaurant in the middle of your sons barn with bar-b-q and salsa and all the other luscious stuff you whip up. Wouldn't be much of a retirement, but sure would serve the world real good. Especially if everywhere else starts requiring the dumb ass vaccine cards, which I refuse to get black market.

    It's been discussed to to a road side BBQ with some home goodies available like maple syrup etc.
