    I like to loop the wire around the screw in the direction it tightens, just habit from running stranded 220 and 440.

    Interesting, never saw that before except for the wire gage.

    I guess now I can dump all my Kline tools.

    I just bought a new Kline voltmeter a month ago for $60.00, still need it.

    Fried the old one after 40 years, never work when you are tired on electric shit.

    Had power off, scale was on ohm's, put probes across 100 farad cap bank, POW!

    100 farad?!!!!! That capacitor must have been the size of a trash can! (I think you meant microfarad.)

    Close, I meant 10 farad, it is about 14X8X10 inches, oil filled.

    Did not switch in the bleeder resistor by mistake.
