    Thanks. One of my boys lives in Waco. They were in Waxahachie for a long time but it wasn’t hot enough there so they went further south 🤦. I do love my time spent in Texas.

    You and Ricekila need to get off the hellhole island. Only thing good there is Montauk for fishing, and then you have a gauntlet to run through ("da Shity") to get there. Lots of nice places in NYS , just stay away from the D-RAT cities and suburbs.
