    Yeah click advanced on the scare you for money screen then click proceed to OTP anyway.

    Ok issue resolved.

    I use a phone so I had to close the window in my browser and clear my history and cache then the lock appeared on the http blah blah.

    Sooooo some of you may have to do the same.
