    Fermented Foods

    any body make these.

    Going through my nourishing traditions cookbook and really want to try this.

    Hubby and I have done sauerkraut several times. Sometimes it turns out, sometimes not...

    I have a beer thread here somewhere. That involves fermenting and food. Plus I am going to try fermenting sausage the next time I make sausage.

    Ive got the old 2 gallon crock my grand pappy did kraut in. I'm not a real big kraut fan so I use it to do pickles.
