We had an excess of okra this year. So I tried something new. Pickled okra. Most people don't like it but I sure as heck love the stuff. Had enough to make 4 quarts using the recipe from the ball canning book. I modified it 3 quarts to see if variations would be better or worse. I'll open the firs one in a few days.
