    You guys are very creative! How do you keep your "powders" dry? I've done cayenne but after I put it in a spice bottle, it stuck together. Kind of like it had cobwebs in it.
    Being cremated...my last chance for a SMOKING HOT BODY!!

    You can try a little rice or a soda cracker in the jar. Might have to dehydrate your product a bit longer too if its to wet.

    You can buy 40lbs of hickory or apple wood pellets at Menards for $20.
    I've seen them on Home Depots an Lowes site but haven't noticed in the store.
    Other specialty woods can be ordered in smaller bags.

    Sorry for not posting pic of the tube I was in my blind an didn't put in the extra effort to go find a pic.

    I don't get it. Is it electric, producing a small amount of heat to get the pellets smoking?
    Thanks for the rice/cracker tip. I should of thought of that myself... then I wouldn't have thrown my cayenne away.

    Fill it with pellets then light the end of it with a torch. Let it burn 10 minutes then blow out the flame. The 12 inch tube burns for 4 hours.
