    I stole these from Hawg. Here's a couple pictures.





    Basically you make ice cubes and put them in the smoker. Hit em till they melt and refreeze. Congratulations you now have smoked ice cubes! Hawg already mentioned that they are a hit with various drinks. My wife found that they are also great in homemade stews, chilis and soups! Enjoy.

    Thanks Ark I knew they were buried in the smoking thread somewhere.

    Yeah we have used hickory, apple and cherry. Hickory is the strongest. Only one rock needed for a glass of bourbon.
    I think most of us agree for the drinks apple and cherry wood is the best. For soups and chili hickory is nice.
    We have a interesting smoking thread in the "kill em and grill em" section check it out.
