    National Wildlife Control Training Program is designed to provide readers with the fundamental knowledge base to be a wildlife control operator. The training encompasses 17 chapters covering everything from wildlife damage management theory, inspections, safety, control methods, euthanasia, and carcass disposal. Management of 5 animal groups are provided (bats, raccoons, skunks, tree squirrels, and unprotected birds) because we believe that if you can control these animals, you can control any other species.

    Is it a recurring course? I wouldn't mind attending that, but Nebraska is a ways away for it would require a little more planning...

    The definition of SHALL is will or can.
    So SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED would read WILL not CAN not be infringed.

    The course can be taken online through the university of nebraska i believe
