    I don't know if a person can be prepared enough. Living here in hurricane country we do our best to keep on top of our preps,. We feel that if you can prepare the best you can for a hurricane you are pretty much prepared for about anything that gets thrown your way.
    Just today my neighbor who works as hard as we do at prepping was going thru all his stuff and found that the battery on his whole house generator had split ( I have never heard of such a thing happening) and had battery acid spilled out on the floor under it. One reason I am happy mine is a pull start. To me finding that is a good example of checking things before you really need it.
