I don't know how much longer it will be before people aren't allowed to leave Illinois without a government permit - they will eventually need to make being a serf to the state mandatory.

Pretty boring day for me. Got off work, fed cows, fed chickens, watered the garden. This drought we are in has GOT to stop. We need rain..... BAD.

Just had about two inches of the stuff come down in about two hours, huge T cell came through.

My parking lot is flooded, dogs went for a swim in it.

Going back to bed, a day off from working, start all over again tomorrow, back on engine lathe..
A STORM IS COMING! LET'S GO BRANDON!

Browned ground beef with onions and then pressure canned it with tomato juice. Only done 18 pints as that is all the pressure canner holds. Vacuum sealed what was left and put it in the freezer. Just wanted to see how it went before I do more. The next beef goes in for processing June 17. So I need to get busy because I'm not exactly sure how much is left in the freezer.
