    If your the correct body shape for it... it may do you well. The large Alice and frame killed me.... killed me bad. The frame did not fit my fat ass. I ended up with a Kelty.

    Ill be getting my packs out an reorganizing them soon.
    I'll post pics when I do.
    I started out with a Alice an loved it but the frame hurt me .
    The wife loves it. Her torso is much shorter so it fits her good.
    I now use a Molle and have the asult pack for it.

    We shall see. I ordered the medium size pack. The frames for the medium and large are the same size. I'm 6'3 and flex between 190 and 200 pounds. I'm hoping it's a good fit.

    5'9 235 short and fat here so... if might fit you.

    I use an ALICE pack for my GHB. I did make some "adjustments" to the frame with a channellock so it is a lot more comfortable. The only negative I have for it is more about how I am using it. The pack is really too big for what I have in it. So the weight does shift around as I am walking. I may throw an extra change of clothes in it to help with that some. But I like that there are a million different adjustments that you can make to the shoulder straps etc. to make it fit you.
