    Speedy Venison Kebobs

NY State Fair Speedy Sauce, it comes in a glass bottle similar to a salad dressing bottle. I'm not very handy with attaching pictures..I hope this is okay.

I have tried this with chicken, beef, and venison. Cut up the type of meat you choose into chucks palatable for you. Place the meat in a ziplock bag with a well shaken jar of speedy sauce. Let it marinate a couple of days in the fridge. Flip the bag occasionally making sure all the meat is covered well and getting a good soaking.

When you're ready to grill find your skewers! If you have wooden skewers let them soak in water. If you have metal ones get them within arms reach.

Cut up your choice of veggies. I typically use peppers, onions, and potatoes. Really the choice is yours.

    Make your kebobs.

Hand them to someone else to grill. Occasionally I have been known to operate the grill without any mishaps. It's still not something I prefer to do. Fire and I have a long history.

I usually take everything off the skewers before eating.

It looks like the spiedie marinade is the usual oil, vinegar, lemon juice but with Italian spices n fresh mint. Lots of bottled varieties.
