    GSI 20 cup coffee boiler

You have all seen this pot in my breakfast thread and have been very happy with it untill today.
I would say since I got this in July I have gave it some good use and getting it seasoned well.
But today while rinsing it out I noticed the enamel is chunking off the bottom of the pot and now rusting.
The only thing I can figure is when drying the pot it got hot and chipped but this should not be happening. I am writing Amazon to see what if anything they will do being how well I have used it.

So 4 failed phone calls to Amazon three barely spoke English and did not understand whate I wad trying to say and the other flat out refused for 2 reasons
    1 was passed allowed return
2 no longer in like new condition.

So I had also sent a email to GSI customer service and got this response today.

If I didn't already have a good pot, . . . I'd be likely to check GSI out.

My question is how do you keep that pot so clean and white with campfire cooking?

    Just clean it, . . .

But I do not allow anyone to mess with the inside. It has a nice "patina" in there that I'm working on.

Them there soft Brillo pads take all the stuff off for me.

    May God bless,
