Absolutely. But in cases of sabotage, where only some areas are out as opposed to nationwide it will be useful.In case of an EMP, that phone ain't going to do you any good unless you just need a nice flat surface to line your cocaine up on.....
And I liked to line my cocaine up on curved surfaces, but that's just me.
