People don’t realize that when the feds (Biden) stops these projects and pulls permits, the govt is liable for liquidated damages. Taxpayers have to pay big $ because the government has reneged on contacts and promises. If this trend continues, no company is ever going to be willing to build anything in the USA for fear of the project being stopped for political reasons after said company has invested time and $. You think anyone is ever going to consider building an LNG port now?
