I listened to some of the court procedings today, a couple leftists judges don't seem real keen on what Colo is trying to do.

Did the same.
Gorsech, Sotomaru, Jackson all had a line of questioning that undermined the Colorado case, especially the article III connection regarding officers being unqualified.
