Punkt Mobile Phone- Non Smart Phone; Good idea? Or Its Your funeral, Slip!

I've got a LG, 4G, old flip/"dumb phone" , my carrier gave me it free when they dropped 3G.

It's a phone, not a mesmerizing POS, that I have to leave on all day starring into it like a Zombie..........

It works fine for phone calls. It's ALWAYS OFF, when not in use.

Sounds like my antiquated flip phone. It works just fine as a phone, it's not capable to be used as a brain or an entertainment center.

I've got the TCL flip phone. 4G. Free as well. It actually gets the net I discovered, but the screen is so small you would never consider using it LOL. It hardly ever rings, so I successfully escaped the rat race.

It is only turned on when I leave my kid at home, in case she needs to call.

Only two people have the number for it, as said, everyone else is dead.

I go for months without ever using it.

The phone number is one that my parents had back in the 1930's.

It has been in the families possession all this time, five prefix numbers have been added over a time span of 73 years.

Consumer Cellular here too. I probably have the same free phone you have. Mine is off 99% of the time.
I use mine just in case I have car trouble here in the wide open spaces, it's a long ways between gas stations or towns or people.

Simpson is a Dick Cheney supporter (both were deep state) then he came out with commercials stating how LIZ-ard Cheney was the Wyoming Congressional candidate to vote for. I lost all respect I ever had for Simpson after that. P.S. She lost her ass.
