Its been almost 40 years since I rode up to the top. Its a interesting ride at normal speed can't imagine to race up the mountain. Always wanted to do to the race but never made it while we lived there.

Sorry I meant to say watch the race not do the race. You have to have a big set to run that road in a race. I'm will admit I just don't have what it takes to drive that road at anything other than a normal speed. Mostly I remember it was freezing cold when we got to the top. So cold we got out looked around for a very short minute or two and jumped back in the car. Like to froze us to death.Originally Posted by Broncosfan
