The 11th chapter of Daniel has a littany of characters, . . . the last king of the North starts a string of 3 that ends with the beast.

Fun stuff, . . . but also important information to remember and pass on.

When The King Of The North comes in, it will come with nukes. The modern day King must be Russia, and it will be bloody.

Actually, . . . that is not true. Many folks who have not read and studied the Bible, . . . have read books purporting to say what the Bible says, . . . and most of them lack serious credentials, . . . and serious truth.

The holy land according to Daniel 11 will be over run, . . . will be taken, . . . undoubtedly militarily, . . . but in order for the rest of the Bible to also prove true, . . . the very best there could be would be some small tac-nukes, . . . none could be on any of the Med coastline, . . . could not touch Jerusalem.

Daniel 11:40-45 (KJV)
40 And at the time of the end shall the king of the south push at him (the beast who has taken over Israel, by flattery and political acuity): and the king of the north (the final king of the North, . . . just mentioned at this moment as this will be one of his last acts, . . . partnering with the beast and coming against the king of the south, Egypy)shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over.
41 He shall enter also into the glorious land, and many countries shall be overthrown: but these shall escape out of his hand, even Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the children of Ammon(basically the eastern half of Israel, . . . and some of western Jordan).
42 He shall stretch forth his hand also upon the countries: and the land of Egypt shall not escape.
43 But he shall have power over the treasures of gold and of silver, and over all the precious things of Egypt: and the Libyans and the Ethiopians shall be at his steps.
44 But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble him: therefore he shall go forth with great fury to destroy, and utterly to make away many.
45 And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas(between the Med and the Dead Sea, on the mount of olives) in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him (somehow the final king of the North meets his end there in Jerusalem, perhaps by a mutiny of the Beast, after having fulfilled the purpose of quelling the Egyptian uprising)

That final King of the North, . . . needs the seacoast of Israel to go thru Israel with his land armies (Russia has no navy capable of moving enough troops and materiel to over run Egypt, Libya, and Ethiopia, . . . whoever that King is , . . . he comes by land, . . . and cannot use any serious nuclear weapons for fear of polluting the land he will have to traverse. That also is the reason Edom, Moab, and Ammon are "spared" if nukes were used in any other part of Israel, . . . they would die due to the westerly wind and the fallout.

Look for Turkey, Syria, or maybe (sounds almost preposterous) even Lebanon to be that final King of the North. With enough materiel backing, . . . and some extra troops, . . . and tac nukes playing a serious role in Egypt, . . . the scenario could easily be any of them.

Fun thing is we don't know for sure, . . . but are holding out for the Temple to be built, . . . that is when the fun will truly begin.

I respectfully disagree, and I think that Russia can build a navy that is awesome, it just hasn't done it yet. If it ever strikes it rich with oil, it can produce and army navy and air force, that is terrifying.
