The most corrupt of the D.C. "elites" will use"prevention" of the war coming here to create more and severe restrictions on freedom.

Hard to say if War will spill out of the borders of Ukraine. It has a good chance though. Particularly when you look at who is running the show in the White House.

With an IDIOT in the white house and a nut case in Russia, IF it comes to our shores,

it will be in the form of a shower of MIRV'S, no less than a few thousand of them.

There is no other option for them to assault us,

with their troops performance shown in the Ukraine,

they stand no chance against us on the ground if they could get ashore.

The nutcase in Russia says he will destroy the world if Russia may fall, no Russia, no world,

the identical statement made by Hitler in the waning days of the war.

His opinion was that if they would not fight and win, then all of Germany should die,

they were no worthy of surviving.

This was while he was cloistered in his bunker cut off from the world and Russia entering

the city of Berlin.

Putin is a shrewd and coldhearted man who is motivated on a goal, Russian power and unification.

The only military beside the US that could stand up to Russia, is China, and China is going to invade Taiwan while Russia invades the Ukraine and beyond.

Well, Japan brought the fight to the US, and the socialists nazis declared war on US...so technically not a foreign entanglement, a domestic one.

Jews had nothing to do with the US firing the first rebuttal.

Did you not have history in school? I think you might want to brush up some on your WWII history, because Americans were helping the Allies for a while before the Pearl Harbor attack.

No, that is Hollywood BS. An EMP would cause some damage yes, but it would not knock out our grid like Hollywood tries to portray. A conventional explosive or a nuclear weapon would be effective as well, and the delivery methods would be the same.

Did you not have history in school? I think you might want to brush up some on your WWII history, because Americans were helping the Allies for a while before the Pearl Harbor attack.

In march of 1941 president Roosevelt signed the Lend Lease Act,

allowing us to ship everything the allies needed to fight, without paying for it as before with cash and carry.

This act bypassed the neutrality act that we were under post WW1.

This neutrality act was cancelled on Dec. 8 1941 by congress.

In September of 1940, an agreement was reached with England leasing

us bases for 99 years in trade for 50 WW1 four stacker destroyers.

Those bases were in the Caribbean and the Azores,

we flew ASW flights from those bases 24/7 365 for the entire war.

We built the air bases on those locations, there was nothing there in the beginning.

I whole-heartedly disagree. If this war comes to the U.S., it will be via cyber attack. That is where we are weakest. You think having a hacker get into Target's billing software is bad, just wait until a State actor hacks into our power grid. With no electricity, our society will destroy itself within weeks, without a single foreign shot fired.

The media and the democraps are doing a fantastic job of getting RINO/Repubes around this country to side with the current corrupt biden regime and act like you're Un-Patriotic if you don't side with Ukraine.

Grid down by any means is my number one. Be it EMP, Cyber attack, or well coordinated sabotage. In any conflict I would expect any or all our enemies to attempt to bring our grid down. It's vulnerable. I have been saying for years war is coming and I am considering the Russian/Ukraine war as just the beginning. With so many of our troops and war capabilities in such close proximity to theirs, this could get out of hand fast.

Add to that, Putin has a problem. His forces have under-performed and he has not divided NATO as planned. In fact, has achieved the opposite. If anything he has strengthened NATO's resolve and has many of them building up their military. Finland and Sweden are considering joining NATO. He is under pressure from the oligarchs and his own people because of the sanctions so he will need to finish this fast and decisively or risk rebellion from within.

Meanwhile, China is taking careful measure of the situation and may use this opportunity to strike at Taiwan. The fat kid in NK is shooting off missiles again and I am sure Iran and our friendly neighborhood terrorists are hard at work as well.

The perfect storm? Perhaps. Sure seems to be a lot of fingers on a lot of buttons. Buckle up guys.

Joe
Could be, but that's a damn dangerous move. "They" may or may not succeed at grabbing more power... but the attempt to 'walk us into a threat of war' will necessarily ramp up the 'danger level' screaming - and Putin, watching this, might see it as an attempted power grab by 'them' over 'us' - OR he might think we're genuinely ramping things up. Either way... too many balls in the air for this kind of BS move. JMO.

It won't be the power grid. Despite the exaggerated fears out there, it isn't as vulnerable as many propose and isn't as much of a target.

You want people to turn on one another, disrupt the supply chain; target the logistics warehouses which are significantly easier targets. With the rise in "Just-in-time," methodology, stores don't have more than two days of goods.

Kill the power . . . . most places have backup generators, even grocery stores, now. In fact, they can even take credit/debit cards on backup (I used to install those systems). Sure, people would be upset if they didn't have power, but they would be rioting if they cannot get food.

TODAY our all wise government put out a totally FK'D up statement or advisory.

IF we are nuked, we should still practice social distancing in bomb/fallout shelters!!!!

Also to wear face mask to prevent spreading of COVID in the shelter!

I assume you're asking me if I support the Russian invasion?

If that is your question, my answer is; I neither support it or not support it.

Wether I support it or not, it makes no difference. Countries have been invading other countries since the beginning of time.

Personally, I, have never invaded another country so its irrelevant.

My point is that this whole thing is probably NOT what the media and the dems are portraying it to be. That simple.

That you are ignoring history, because you don't want to see the mess that could be playing out.

I'm seriously aggravated that Russia is invading the Ukraine . . . and I would like to help.

I would send predator drones with hellfire missles and would not think twice about it.

I would send anti tank missles by the truck load.

I would also send 5 squadrons of our very best Air Force fighter jocks to follow in and protect the aid we would be bringing in to the air ports there . . . and Putin would be told they are in the air . . . and he needs to keep his mitts off . . . or the next squadron would be coming for him . . . personally.

I would not load up ships, trucks, and planes with our soldiers, marines, airmen, and sailors to do an American invasion on the other side.

The Ukraine people are just people . . . people who want to live their lives . . . in peace . . . in quiet . . . and if we can help them without super serious endangering our troops . . . I'm all for it.

Sitting on the side lines doing nothing is the coward's way out.

Somebody has drones above one of those convoys and is using Hellfire type missiles on it.

The targeting images and the data are in ENGLISH!

Ten or 20 A10's would have a field day on it.

There are thousands of Stinger and Javelin missiles on the way there.

Sorta tough to prove who on the drones . . . all the world (except maybe London tower) . . . knows the outline, signature, and "prettyness" of the warthog . . . and it would be on CNN before he throttled up

"American fighter pilots attacking foreign nationals in disputed air space. Simple train convoys and truck convoys carrying much needed supplies were savagely destroyed by easily identified A10 fighter jets"

"President Biden and VP Harris . . . Pelosi and Shumer . . . all declined that they were aware that any such attack orders were ever authorized."

It seems that they believe in their new leadership and the type of government they have,

I watched film of Pukins arty CBU's impacting all over civilian neighborhoods,

they are committing war crimes with them.

If they did not support their leaders, they would be surrendering in droves as the Russians approached.

I wonder how our population would react if ground troops were coming at us through Canada and Mexico?

Would our government be handing out weapons or try to consfiscate ours "to protect us".
