I just got my first. It is wedged in between my extra magazines and other geekery right now.
Best quality "budget" cigar in my opinion is the Glorious Rocky Patel "Edge" It burns for about 40 minutes or so and is oh so tasty! They used to run 2 for 5 bucks but now they are buy one get one for about 8 dollars now at the big smoke shops like smokers outlet/wild bills. May be able to find some deals on them in mail order. I buy those local.

Bahia makes some decent budget cigars. Ive had a few boxes of those.

Wish I still had my humidor. Right when I started getting good and into the hobby I get a job with a zero nicotine policy. If I get caught smoking even outside of work I get fired. No joy.

    Health insurance requirement?

Yes. I bought a box in Jamaica sealed with the Cuban Tax Stamp. Smoother than a babies hind end. A true pleasure. Now I can not vouch for the authenticity of the web sight cigars. I was trying to provide info. I was in St Martins for Christmas and New Years and no one had these. I was actively searching.

Eureka gold from Costa Rica is a close second to the Fonseca number one IMHO. Passed these out at my daughters wedding. Pissed me off seeing some snow flakes take two drags and ditch it. They couldn't handle bourbon either.
