Having some Sinatra tonight 2 years ago today I was drinking this very bottle of Sinatra out of a flask sitting on the steps to the altar just after our I do's. The barrel in the pic came back with me on our honeymoon and the G.J. was bought and engraved at the distillery while on our honeymoon.
I there is a few bottles missing from the pic I always have on hand just haven't replaced them yet.
there are 2 rare bottles I sip very rarely in the pic cause they will never be made again I bought some to taste and some to put in safe.
the clear is unrested rye and the other is rested rye both of these where in preproduction to the current single barrel rye they sell today
Then there is my wedding band made by a guy in Louisiana that is Jack barrel wood.
This backs up my Jack fan badge.

That's a tough question because most mass beers suck by todays standards in beer. I've never been a Bud fan. I probably fall in the the Miller group as a all day workin beer.

Naw ..... not until you drink Lone Star beer regularly. I keep LS light in my garage frig with some Michelob light. When out and about I drink tap beer, either Bud Light or PBR. Never really liked Miller light, but drank quite a few High Life's back in the day. Oh yea, I drink bottled beer only.

I have a great baileys recipe-

1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 tsp instant coffee (not the cheap stuff)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp chocolate extract
1/2 fifth of Canadian whisky- like McNaughton, R&R, CClub
blender for 8 mins. Refrigerate.

For a change up, try almond extract instead of choc.

It seems to be shot n a half vodka, half shot lime juice, ice, top off with ginger beer. I'm guessing that's about a shot. It's better than vodka tonic, more ginger than ginger ale. My wifes happy and I like ginger so it's a win. :bigboss:

I added the bacon bits and a few granny smith apple slices into the gooey sugar syrup and let simmer. I added a pinch of salt and poured it over a scoop of ice cream. I then finished it off with 5 more bourbons.

i drank far too much for the whole 5 days. Even some crappy gin that was so sweet I drank it on the rocks. Then I went to dump the RV and some gal was there before me. She put the hose on wrong...nasty brown waterfall jetted several feet. Her feet were swamped. No dumping for me.
